 इस Diet Plan से किसी भी बीमारी का इलाज संभव

Principles

Principle 1: Eat Living Food

Eat food that has life or prana. Fruits, vegetables, sprouts, grains, nuts, and seeds are all living foods. When they enter our body, they bring us life, extend our age, cure our diseases, and flush out toxins sitting inside.

Principle 2: Eat Wholesome Food

Eat food that is complete by itself. All foods that come directly from plants or trees are wholesome. Nature has given each food item a specific ratio of protein, fats, and nutrients so that we humans can easily digest and eliminate it.

Principle 3: Eat Plant-based Food

Eat food that comes from plants, not from animals. Nature has not designed our body to consume animals. Milk and dairy products should also be avoided as they are difficult to digest. Coconut milk is a good substitute that provides the same nutrients.

Principle 4: Avoid Processed and Packaged Food

Avoid bottled, tinned, packaged, frozen, or processed foods. These products have no life energy left inside and are filled with synthetic chemicals and preservatives that harm our health.

Following these principles and making changes to your diet can have a profound impact on your health. Remember, nature herself will take care of your health if you eat living, wholesome, and plant-based foods.

Water-rich vs. Water-poor Foods

• Water-rich foods: fruits (watermelon, papaya, grapes, oranges) and juicy vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, leafy greens)

• Water-poor foods: grains, rice, wheat, chapati, daal, seeds, nuts (almonds, walnuts), starchy vegetables (potato, taro root)

Did you know that about 70% of our body is water? Therefore, it is recommended that 70% of our diet should consist of water-rich foods such as juices, fruits, and vegetables. The remaining 30% can be water-poor foods like grains, cereals, nuts, and seeds.

Diet Plan

We suggest 5 main meals in a day: morning detox juice, breakfast, lunch, mid-meal, and dinner. Incorporate a 16-hour fasting period, starting from dinner at 7 pm and having no solid meal until 11 am the next day.

Morning Detox Juice

Upon waking up, around 9 am, drink a glass of special juice made from safed petha (ash gourd) or coconut water. This juice helps with weight loss and skin clearance. If ash gourd or coconut water is not available, you can use the juice of other vegetables like bottle gourd, ghiya, celery, or cucumber.

Breakfast

At around 11 am, have a big bowl of fresh seasonal fruits, preferably water-rich fruits like watermelon, papaya, orange, grapes, or apple. You can also add grated fresh coconut on top.

Lunch

At 2 pm, have a grain meal consisting of chapati and sabzi. The chapati is made with 50% wheat flour and 50% vegetable. The sabzi is prepared using fresh grated coconut and herbs instead of oil and spicy masalas.

Mid-Meal

Between lunch and dinner, have a freshly squeezed juice, ash gourd juice, or coconut water. Avoid snacks like biscuits or namkeens. If still hungry, you can have a few pieces of freshly grated coconut slices or a light fruit.

Dinner

For dinner, have a raw salad made from fresh seasonal vegetables like cucumber, tomato, beetroot, lettuce, coriander, and carrot. Toss them together with a nut-based homemade dressing. Avoid adding grains like chana, rajma, or daal to your salad. You can also have a soup with your salad, cooked minimally and without oil, milk, or grains.

By following this diet plan and incorporating water-rich foods, you will feel lighter and more energized. Remember to adjust the timings according to your schedule and practice the 16-hour fasting period. Stay hydrated and enjoy your healthy meals!
