Enema: A Detox Technique from Ancient Times
According to research, 80% of diseases are born in the intestines. Enema, a detox technique that has been part of our yogic philosophy for thousands of years, can help remove waste that accumulates in our bodies. Enema is beneficial for everyone, whether young or old, overweight or thin, sick or healthy.
The Enema Method
To perform enema, you'll need an enema kit, which is available on our website. Follow these simple steps:
• Wash the enema pot thoroughly with water three times
• Add 300-500 ml of water to the pot
• Add a bit of oil to the tip of the pipe
• Insert the pipe 2 inches inside the rectum and hold the water for 5-7 minutes
• Remove the pipe and hold the water inside for a minute before releasing it
• The water should be at room temperature
Enema can be uncomfortable, but it's not painful at all. If you're unable to hold the water for 5 minutes, start with 250 ml of water and gradually increase the amount. Use enema every day for 7 days, then alternate days the next week, and only on 2 days in the third week. After 21 days, you can stop using it altogether. Take enema after a day of fasting for even better results.
Benefits of Enema
Enema helps remove waste that accumulates in our bodies for a long time, and you'll notice dark-colored waste leaving your body. Enema can also help you lose weight and improve your overall health.
Please note that you should take care of what you eat too. Consume fruits, vegetables, and fresh juices as much as possible and avoid packaged, bottled, and non-veg foods.
